Paralegal Program

The demand for paralegals within the legal sector is proliferating. The need of paralegals only continues.

By enrolling into our Paralegal program, you will earn the training you require along with an inclusive overview of the practical litigation skills and tasks.

You will be fully equipped to assist lawyers , clients and the courts. Except as permitted by law, paralegals are not allowed to provide legal service directly to the public.

Paralegal Class Training

Upon completion of our provided Paralegal Program, you will be capable of:

• Investigating legal issues
• Summarizing legal documents
• Arranging pleadings
• Summarizing documents
• Coordinating trial notebooks
• Interviewing clients

The program will discuss creating contracts, breach of contracts, and solutions for them. You will also learn the terminology, as well as the policies and procedures that go along with planning for estate, wills, trusts, estate taxes, estate sales, and joint tenancy.

Also thoroughly discusses in the program is everything involved with family and criminal law. Family law includes divorce, separation, custody, adoption, guardianship, and community property. Some of the areas included in Criminal law study are: statutory crimes and punishment, crime classification and principles of liability.

Phoenix Campus has the only Everest College Paralegal program approved by the ABA.
