The duties of today's paralegals can include investigation, research, drafting legal memoranda and briefs, interviewing clients and witnesses, and preparing depositions. Legal assistants are able to perform any legal tasks excluding giving advice to clients or representing clients in court. Practicing attorneys comprise the faculty for this program. There are no daytime or weekend classes in this program.
