Find a job as a paralegal professional

The Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies offers the theoretical concepts and practical skills vital for a successful career as a paralegal, and those seeking knowledge and practical experience in law will benefit from them as well. Graduates have many employment opportunities such as working for: private law firms, public and private corporations and government agencies. Remember that as a paralegal you are not an attorney and you cannot practice law or give legal advice. Paralegals must work under the direct supervision of an attorney.

The American Bar Association has approved the Legal Studies program at Wesley College. The Bachelor's degree leaves graduates with a firm foundation and strong yearning for furthering their education in the legal field and any other field of their choosing.

Mission

The Wesley College Legal Studies Program intends to establish itself as a premier program for educating Paralegals and students who are eager to build a career in the legal profession. To fulfill its educational goals, the Legal Studies Program provides the study and exchange of ideas and for the attainment of professional skills. This allows the students to learn how to think and communicate with greater awareness of themselves and others, acquire valuable tools for their profession and develop resources for future opportunities.
