Kellogg Community College

Except as permitted by law, paralegals are prohibited from providing legal services directly to the public.

We appreciate your interest in our paralegal program. Since 1978, Kellogg Community College has operated a program that is approved by the American Bar Association. Why does this matter to you? More than 1,000 institutions in this country offer paralegal programs, but less than a quarter of them undergo the ABA's stringent approval process. The paralegal profession is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic in the United States and the ABA approved programs assure a standard of excellence which enhances employment opportunities according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The United States Department of Labor projects that from now through the year 2014, employment opportunities for paralegals and legal assistants will see above-average growth.
