Graduates who look foreword to being under the supervision of an attorney would be well prepared for work on real estate, estate planning and probate as well as in a variety of other legal specialty areas, such as civil litigation and family law should they participate in this program.
Students will actively prepare legal documents, study theory as it applies to law, and research statues involving case law and court rules. The student will also develop the skills needed to analyze procedural and substantive legal problems, manage case loads and conduct productive client interviews.
