The Paralegal studies course is offered by the College of Graduate and Continuing Studies, and is designed to provide the students with an education in law sufficient to enable them to take up the paralegal position of legal assistant. Such a position requires specialized training in business and family law, tort, real estate, civil litigation and litigation pertaining to estates, wills and trusts.
