Nashua Community College

The exiting world of paralegal studies awaits you

The program of the Paralegal Studies course enables students to seek a career as a legal assistant under the guidance of a licensed attorney. The purpose of a paralegal is to interview witnesses and clients, gather together background information and collate evidence, draft up contracts and other legal documents and provide assistance to attorneys in their preparation for trials.

Nashua Community College is part of the American Association for Paralegal Education as an Institutional Member

In order to provide students with the best possible tuition, the courses at Nashua Community College are taught by licensed attorneys with years of practical experience behind them. Paralegal work requires not only a wide knowledge of theoretical law, but also experience in the practical aspects of employment as a legal assistant, and this is reflected in the mix of essential knowledge and practical experience provided during the program.

Career counseling and personal advice are available to our paralegal students at all times, and the Program Director personally provides assistance to graduates and qualified students in securing full time employment by means of the paralegal internship program, and by means of personal contacts throughout the legal profession.
