Become a paralegal specialist at Sussex County Community College

This program offers post-secondary education to enable students to provide assistance to attorneys as a paralegal, carrying out such duties as gathering information, drafting and writing legal documents and research into a variety of legal issues. It is a one-year certificate course, enabling students to attain the standard required for entry-level employment in corporation and government legal departments, and in law firms. The credits awarded with this program may be applied towards an A.A.S. in Legal Assistant or Paralegal studies.
