Lately, the paralegal (legal assistant) profession has turned into a rapidly growing legal career. The paralegals are prohibited from give any legal advices, signing court pleading or represent clients but they are under constant supervision of an attorney. Their activities consist in drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, corresponding with opposing counsel, assisting in the court of law and even managing investigations.

The main target of this program is to educate both personally and professionally a student in order to succeed as a legal assistant.

The curriculum focuses on personal development, the learning of academic abilities and the best knowledge of the legal aspects.

The Legal Studies program was developed in order to best provide the students with a higher and quality education on state and federal law, professional responsibility, legally-specific technology, ethical considerations, legal research, oral and written communication and professional projects in many legal practice areas.
