Central Pennsylvania College
Every student graduating the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal is considered to be experienced enough in order to assist attorneys in rendering legal services to the public. While researching the law, draft legal documents or interview clients and witnesses, they are under constant supervision of an attorney.
As a paralegal you can work in court offices, private law firms, state and federal agencies, insurance companies, corporations, and businesses or aides for state and federal legislators but you cannot provide legal services directly to the public, except as permitted by law.
Any Paralegal Major at Central Penn will work as part of a team and will be thought how the law is applied in any real-life situations. He will develop his practical experience during a mock trial in the campus computer-integrated courtroom and he will be thought all that by a leader in paralegal education with American Bar Association (ABA) approval since 1980.
The Associate's Degree will be yours in no longer than 18 months and meanwhile you will receive personalized instructions from professors who have real-world experience. In order to get admitted, you should have a minimum 2.0 GPA (or C average) with recommended preparation. That will include computer abilities, business law/American government, economics, psychology, English composition/public speaking, accounting and no forgetting foreign language.
Before the program is over, you will participate in a professional internship where you will develop your skills and personal attributes by interacting constantly with working legal professionals.
While attending Central Penn, this internship will teach you to use all your knowledge in your best interest so that in the end you will succeed in this career and everything will lead to a full-time employment.
